About This Program
Feeling lost about how to be a good parent? Do you struggle to work out what your children need from you?
Parenting can be challenging and it is normal to feel this way – we hear you!
The Circle of Security® Parenting™ Program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. It is a relationship based early intervention program designed to enhance attachment security between parents and children.
This program is delivered by a trained facilitator working with Relationships Australia in a small, engaging, and relaxed environment.
The Circle of Security Parenting Program
2024 Course Details- Dates: 27 May, 3 June, 10 June and 17 June 2024 (Mondays)
- Time: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm (AEST)
- Venue: Online
- Frequency: Four weeks
Total cost is inclusive of workbooks and a certificate of attendance given at completion.
This program is suitable for parents and caregivers with children aged between 2 to 10 years old. You do not need a referral to attend this course.
How It Works
- We conduct this program in small groups of 8 to 10 participants.
- Our facilitator ensures a warm and relaxed environment for personal reflections and group discussion during the class.
- Being in a group offers a confidential space where you can share your struggles and parenting concerns and learn from others experiencing similar challenges.
- This DVD educational program presents video examples of parent/child interactions, healthy options in caregiving and animated graphics to explain how to have a safe and nurturing relationship with your children.
