BUILDING STRONG AND SOCIALLY SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES
Established in 1998, Hands of Hope Australia desire to not only to empower families to lead successful and holistic lives, but also to work with young individuals and children through targeted programs and events to improve their quality of life.
In 2022, we merged with Australia Care and Trauma Services (ACTS). We are also affiliated with Hope Church, and serve as their community arm.
